A refurbished phone may be a phone whose box has been opened for various reasons but professionally restored to working order by the brand or its certified agent. Hence the phone has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet brand specifications. A minimum of 6 months manufacturer warranty will apply to refurbished phones. All refurbished phones will come in sealed brand packaging itself. All refurbished phones will be fulfilled by Amazon and will be covered by A to Z guarantee.
Further, any additional conditions specific to the refurbished phones are called out in the product condition note (available on the product offer page) separately.

2. Which all categories are refurbished products available for?

We have launched the refurbished category marketplace for smartphones currently.
