Correct. If you want to combine, you have to use it indirectly. Say you want to purchase item worth Rs 18000 from Flipkart, then buy 3×5000 GVs using 3 AMEX Gift cards and use the fourth to pay the rest of amount. No restriction on number of GVs that can be clubbed at Amazon. No other option to combine these.

this is like a pre-paid card with 1 year valadity. it can be used online as well as offline shops which accept AMEX. Dimers have used these cards 1-2 years back ordered from same site.
you can then use it at all online sites for even bill payment, etc and also at big bazaar, ect offline shops (all those who accept amex).
