Offer Details

Flat Rs.2000 cashback on EMI purchase of iPhone 6 (16GB & 64 GB) & iPhone 6 Plus (16GB & 64GB) with ICICI Bank retail Credit Cards issued in India on transactions on Flipkart website and mobile app.

The Offer is valid from September 10, 2016 (0:00 Hours) to October 1, 2016 (23:59 Hours), (“Offer Period”).

The Offer is applicable only on EMI transactions on ICICI Bank retail Credit Cards.

No minimum transaction to avail the offer.

Add on cards will be treated as separate cards.

This Offer is valid for cashback of INR 2000 and can be availed on maximum two transactions per card during the Offer Period.

The cashback amount will be posted to the customer’s credit card account on or before 90 business days from the date of transaction.

Offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card, Business Card and ICICI Bank-American Express card.

Detailed Terms and Conditions:

Cash back amount will be credited to customer’s card account on or before December 31, 2016.

A cardholder will not be eligible for the cashback if the cardholder cancels/forecloses the EMI within 90 days from the date of transaction.

“Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by ICICI Bank
The transactions for any approved claim of refund/replacement shall be excluded from this offer
The offer cannot be combined with any other ICICI Bank offer and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person/Cardholder.

The offer is only applicable in India and transactions done in INR currency.

Participation in the Offer by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.

All services offered are at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank.

The participation in the program is entirely voluntary and that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice to vary, withdraw, cancel, or invalidate the Cash back Program, without having to give a reason thereof, and without compensation whatsoever. Further, ICICI Bank has the discretion to reject any claim in the event of irregularity, discrepancy, or dispute, and its decision shall be final, conclusive and binding.

All claims against ICICI Bank, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Customer.

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on Products / Services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.

If the ICICI Bank user ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such ICICI Bank user.

Any query regarding the program will be entertained until 15th January, 2017. Post such date, Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from any persons.
