Hi i just bought one . . now eagerly awaiting the delivery .
i am sorry if i am asking a rpitive question , but its showing me shipped by 27th n delivered by 30th . so will they really deliver so late or there is a possibility that they deliver faster as someone said they got it by javas n javas has good network in gurgaon where i live .

secondally , by when can i expect my cashback , how much time doesthe cash back usually take after delivery ?

i also received the phone and the cash back today . good delivery . i switched on the phone n checked for warranty online . its showing full 1 year left . and phones are also latest which are imported in aug 2014 .

PayTM is a reputed company backed by foreign investors, and so don’t expect them to take a wrong step by sending fake/old goods man. The foreigners would kick their asses if they even thought of doing so.

My first call took above 20 min and then disconnected automatically
Called again and after 9 odd minutes it got answered and i explained the guy that it is a loss of Rs 2k to me after this price variation. He said he will issue 1k in my wallet and i was adamant of asking Rs 2k. He then spoke with his senior and agreed on to it. I got the cashback instantly!
