I have gone through the painful refund procedure of ebay after using mobikwik payment option. Refund takes anywhere between 6-8 working days. After which they refund to mobikwik account. From mobikwik it takes anywhere between 20-25 working days to refund back to bank account.

Mobikwik needs to look after this before this looks interesting as payment option. Refunds are very horrifying experience to go through.

It is a good offer unless mobikwik wallet transaction goes smoothly. But if there is any failure while adding the amount to mobikwik wallet, it would be worst offer. There is no proper customer care support from mobikwik. You can’t directly contact with support team through chat/phone/email. Only we can do is to raise a ticket.

It would be good mobikwik arranges the customer support like how other ecommerce sites(amazon,flipkar) are providing..
