There is no way paytm cam distinguish between the purchase, it must be on any transaction. However to be safe to get Trendin cashback chose from item available on their link

Yes..I did 2 purchases yestreday with 2 diff payrm accounts and got cashback for both..Paytm cashback is valid across all the products.
