i received after 20 days,shit quality,dont by,dont waste ur money,sound is available in both the earpiece but the emphasis is is right one,the finnessse was also not good it looked like it was dragged and thrown here and there all minor scratches all ovet the bosy,even it was just packed in a plastic from shopclues,it was disassembeled also i had to again assemble it and used glue to hold it in place, thankfully its working, u want it better go buy from a roadside vendor after checking the quality,BUT NEvER BY aNYTHINg FROM SHOPCLUES
