Earlier I bought this brand Muesli from snapdeal really it tastes very good..many times..I skip dinner and have this with milk..which made my flat tummy..

No need to worry. Don’t think sugar in limited quantities causes any problems.
If someone still feels guilty then one can consume less in other food items to compensate.
Besides this has proven beneficial items in oats, almonds and raisins.
So eat this in limited portions and yes remember to exercise whether you eat this or not. And always try to be happy.
Then everything will be fine.

EDIT: If the reference to avoid this product was made on the basis of sugar being poisonous due to chlorine etc, then one will be surprised at how much hydrochloric acid is produced in the stomach everyday by the body itself. Again for limited quantities the body does very well to detoxify itself even with many supposedly unhealthy ingredients.

bro inverted sugar is glucose + fructose similar as honey..ya some studies may suggest it poisonous because it’s manufacturing process may include chlorine and other stuff. But you can’t say that each and every lot of inverted sugar is poisonous.
