Nah, even back then it was supposed to be 250 off. But people were charged for the full amount so they fought and got cashback.

Thnx for tagging bro. Didn’t hv to fight. The CC was not aware of offer but very helpful in getting the issue resolved. The process was a bit stupid and tedious. U hv to provide ur BIN no (1st 6 digits of card) to them and then they credit the 250 into wallet. If the offer is still valid then go ahead with it, take a screenshot and call the CC after order is delivered. Provide them order no and BIN and they will credit the 250 into ur BB wallet.
Remember the important part. All of what I have said is if and only if the offer is still valid.

last time didn’t get anything… there was no source of coupon back then nor notification. Hence didn’t ask bigbasket customer care.
