U should mail them, they will definitely mail back with a solution. Usually U should get instantly both the Cashback + Extra Recharge Code – if U did complete payment thru Freecharge…Did U do it twice from same Bookmyshow Account???
I think it is possible as it is similar to shopclues or any other shopping site purchase with wallet offer, works in single shopclues account for different mobikwik or other wallet , want to get confirmation
