Serial number is there on invoice. Agree it is very cumbersome to extract and make sure one cashback per serial number. But till now everything loos shabby.

I did something stupid. Called up Amazon to cancel my order since I thought of buying Micromax Laptab. The exec took my request. After a few hours, I changed my mind again and asked them if they could proceed with the order since it had already been dispatched. They said they would do their best. But it got returned after reaching Pondicherry this morning.

That’s so true… They make a lot of ‘one time exceptions’. Had switched off my alt number for a product ordered on an alt id. I realised later on and saw that it was being returned after attempting delivery for 4 days in a row. Later they redirected the shipment and got it in a couple of days.
Not sure if they do it even now, but during last diwali I had requested them if they can redirect the shipment to my aunt’s place as I was leaving the city for a couple of weeks. The CC guy just replied sure that can be done and asked me to update the alternate address. I was shocked as I was definitely not expecting that to happen (even amazon.com won’t do that and they will only connect you to the carrier/courier if you need to cancel the shipment once it is out of their warehouse)

Even flipkart used to be the same, they reshipped a 10rs book 3 times but not anymore after people started to misuse their return policy
even i have fabulous experience with Amazon CC….they are way too good….unlike the normal CC’s who typically just keep giving you daft responses, i have found that amazon CC are actually empowered to take decisions based on circumstances…so you actually find them resolving your problem…hope the good work continues

I received the call today, around an hour back from Microsoft. They just wanted to confirm if I have activated windows, and they confirmed my name, retailer and place. I asked them about the voucher, they said that you will soon receive the same from PayTM in your mailbox. Nothing so far, but since I have received the call, the offer seems true. I have purchased the iBall tab worth Rs.3000/- only on 5th of December. Waiting for my voucher now!!
Also, at the time of registering for the campaign I did not receive any acknowledgment message only the Submit button greyed out.

All are i ball slide 1701 and purchased from flipkart on 8th and 9th december,yes registered all the device with same number and email-id , registered on 21th december
Even I received the call seems they are calling people by alfabatic order. She was interested to know if I have activated my windows and from where I got to know about this offer.
