London Free night hotel offer – India terms and conditions

1. Please refer to airfare rules of flights selected before completion of payment.

2. Offer can only be booked online at ba.com.

3. Free hotel offer must be booked with round-trip published British Airways airfare originating from Indian gateways only. Flight+hotel must be purchased between September 03 – September 30, 2012 for travel September 03 2012 – January 31, 2013 with airfare and additional charges paid for in Indian Rupees.

4. All travel to be completed in full by 31 January 2013. E.g. Inbound flight from London to India must be travelling no later than 31 January 2013 and passenger must check out of hotel on 31 January at the latest.
5. Free hotels must be booked in conjunction with a round-trip British Airways flight in the same transaction.

6. Free hotels in this promotion booked in conjunction with a non-eligible flight will result in automatic cancellation of the hotel booking.

7. Free hotel stays must be booked within the promotional period, September 03 – September 30, 2012. Any bookings made after this date will be charged the normal rate and will not be free.

8. Once the free nights have been booked, no amendments can be made after the promotional period has ended. Should you need to amend the dates of stay after September 30, 2012, you will forfeit the free nights and be charged the current nightly rate, plus any amendment fees applicable.

9. The 2 free night’s hotel accommodation is based on double, triple or quad occupancy at participating hotels for a maximum of 2 free nights, which must be taken on consecutive nights at the same hotel prior to the travel end date of January 31, 2013. For example customers must check in for their free nights by January 29, 2012 to be eligible for 2 free nights.

10. Single occupants are entitled to a maximum of 1 free night at participating hotels.

11. Only adult and child airfares are entitled to the free night offer. If one adult is travelling alone or with an infant, they will be entitled to one free night only. If one adult is travelling with one child or two adults are travelling they will be entitled to two free nights.

12. Free night offer is valid at the following hotels only and is subject to availability at the time of booking:
a. 3-star: Royal National
b. 4-star Holiday Inn Kensington Forum, Hilton London Metropole
c. 5-star: Sofitel London Heathrow (please note this is an airport based hotel not in central London)

13. Free nights in triple rooms (allowing up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child sharing) are only available at the Royal National hotel, Holiday Inn Kensington Forum and the Hilton London Metropole hotel. Rooms are based on maximum occupancy and a maximum of 2 free nights.

14. Free nights in quad rooms (allows up to 4 adult or 2 adults and 2 children sharing) are only available at the Royal National hotel, Holiday Inn Kensington Forum and the Hilton London Metropole hotel. Rooms are based on maximum occupancy and a maximum of 2 free nights.

15. Extra guests will not be permitted locally.

16. Split bookings, where flights have been booked on separate reference numbers, are not permitted.

17. Your credit card will not be billed for the free accommodation. However, should you opt to book any additional hotel nights, these will be charged to your credit card at our normal rate.

18. Any additional hotel nights booked must be paid in full at the time of booking.

19. Executive Club members can earn Avios points per the terms and conditions of the Executive Club for purchase of British Airways products at standard rates only.

20. Normal booking conditions, including amendment and cancellation charges, of a hotel purchase apply.

21. Open to India residents paying in Indian Rupees only, with travel originating in India.

22. Subject to availability.

23. Cannot be combined with any other offer.

24. Other significant restrictions may apply.

25. Bookings between September 03 and September 30, 2012 are non-refundable and non-changeable.

26. Free hotel nights must be taken before 31 January, 2013; customer must check into the hotel on or before 30 January, 2013 to be eligible for one free night and customer must check into the hotel on or before
29 January, 2013 to be eligible for two free nights.
