Hello Dimers,
We have evolved from a very basic forum to where we are now… Its a interesting journey and we have learnt a lot from Dimers on what works and what does not work… 
Lately we started with a major upgrade for Desidime where we are consolidating many of the features to provide the most valuable information to Dimers and visitors of the website…
We rolled out the stores and categories page in New design format where all information about a particular store (be it deal, coupon or a discussion thread) nicely tucked on one single page..

We obviously rolled out Chat functionality which is still being worked on and will completely replace PM in next few months.
And now we are moving our efforts towards forums.. DesiDime forums is more than just deal sharing platform or plain vanilla forums… Its the most vibrant place on the internet where any shopaholic would love to be
I am attaching a screenshot of the future Forum thread (Or you can say deal)… Some of the key highlights would be Wiki (Currently Admin/Mod driven Wiki but would soon be more like a Community wiki so all top information is summarised which OP might have missed out on), ability to flag comments, ability to chat with dimers from same window (a better version), ability for the OP to upload images on Desidime server itself (no need to upload on imgur etc..), collapsing of quotes so its easier to read on mobile etc…
We would be bringing on many changes around how deal/coupon is submitted vs how a trade thread is started… We would be using this thread to keep posting regular updates so that way, all of us can together build a better community for the Dimers.

I mostly use mobile app that’s why I m facing these problems & asking for same to solve…. Website is excellent…No issue is there in website….
@anthrax.ut Before I give my suggestions, I think you should clarify what you mean by personalization.
Also, the dashboard already has the option to see activity only from “your circle” so then what other personalization are we talking about here?
Personalisation could mean different for different people (and hence kept it open for interpretation)
For e.g
On Home page more deals from Travel
In forums, more deals from certain members
On Dashboard getting more options to personalise
so keeping it a little open ended to get more feedbacks…. hope that helps

Personalisation of forums.
I do not want to see any deals involving certain websites (like mobikwik, grofers, bigbasket) etc

@anthrax.ut First of all thank you for considering this thing.
Personalized dashboard, cause it is very difficult to get good deal alerts with keywords, first of all it is very difficult to set to right one you want and then even with that there are numerous non-deals coming.
Now coming to the point,
Dashboard where I can set the store and the category and tags.(currently I have to set everytime I open a window, rather than that it should once set and forget)
Please bring back the ‘I bought it’ button.
These are the top of my head will add later if I have further suggestions.

Personalize deal.. example – I want to see link and details of my favourite 5-7 deals then I not need to find it again and again.. it’s available in my personalized page..
Personalize alerts.. example I like deals which are posted related to Samsung J2 mobile.. if it’s posted by someone I will get auto alert..
What you mean to say is Bookmark feature.

Suggestions
1) change the smileys, the smile icon looks like you suddenly found some very devious secret of the person you are in conversation with and you plan to use it against the person to take revenge against him!!!
2) As said earlier, option to upload pic
3) Auto merging double posts (sometimes people don’t use edit button and other times desidime glitches and there might be something else too)
4) Signature at the bottom of the person’s post (in case he wants to promote a deal or has something that he thinks is useful to other dimers)
5) Color scheme of desidime, option for themes in case a person is not happy with the color scheme….just like in mobiles, dark theme, light theme etc
6) Ability to give karma through profile as well and not just through the post. I receive alerts from channels and many of them don’t post of that thread, so if I have to give them karma, I need to search their posts and give karma on some other post.
Will update and add more as I come across or remember them.
Develop an instant alert system For “Loot” like if a number of Mark it as “Loot” then Dimers gets offline message like when we receive it from DD Channels.
Thanks for asking honestly i need alerts from app for the my fav category .like that big app alert sent for Loot deals .should be able to pick the list of fav category after installing the app.
Recharge deals should be given special treatment since we do recharges like all the time recharge category deals should be available on the homepage itself
Personalisation is a good option….But please make it all.app friendly….Currently there are many issues in App (can’t edit post, search results skewed, quote issues and once those are resolved) personalisation can be looked into with better and broader mindset.
Give a chance to Make channel alert sms links redirect to app..
The channel alert sms links should redirect to app.. (like flipkart and snapdeal for instance)
Upgrade and fix bugs in IOS app…It is a complete mess 
Give option to edit post
Put feature to add link in new topic and new thread etc.
Option to disable gif avatars/profile pic.
Option to disable Deal Baba icon.
Give option to direct upload of pics,
Instant alert for loot deals.
Option to upload Direct pics.
It would be good if the picture of the product gets automatically uploaded to the post from the hyperlink to the shopping website.
Facing quoting issues not able to quote anyone @admin
@admin kindly revert the changes to the ui for the login/signup icon and the notification icon on mobile website .The earlier ones looked much more in sync with the entire website ui .This is too light and doesn’t look pretty at all .

Any notification about comment in all we have to search it who liked it or who replied on my post….
On web we automatically gets that page or comment….when we click on notification of it….
