my advice go for EBAY ..for saving 200 rs dont risk by buying on PAYTM…You will be frustrated by their Pathetic ,, worse customer care… They dont bother to reply to your emails….Their coupons expire well before expiry date…Risky site…Not for expensive items like HDDs

Any particular reason for them asking a id to verify your account ?? Did u do anything unusual like logging into multiple accounts using the same device ??

I did not respond to their mail requesting ID, and BOOM, the cash is there in my wallet. I just raised a ticket asking them to refund the money to my bank account. The trick worked!!
