AFAIK Installation is included in this price for upto 10m of Cable usage.

Yep they do and usually within 24 hours. Only Pray that your local videocon dealer sends videocon Engineers/Technicians instead of some freelancers

i have the black setup box (old HD box ~1.5 years old), if im opting for a new white color one are the difference between those very much ?

Im planning to go with Rs. 7800 new south platinum HD pack. with discount it would roundup to INR 5900.

I have heard that the new Box comes with RF remote control and USB port for availing the recording service, I don’t know if there are any other features as such since I don’t own a D2H connection.

You said you bought South Platinum one (I presume, not South Platinum HD). Under description, they had mentioned that for the 1st year, Premium HD Access Fee is also waived.

That means, after discount, I pay Rs.4755 for New HD Box + 1 Year South Platinum (Worth Rs.462 × 12) + 1 Year Premium HD Access (Worth Rs.175×12)

Is my understanding right?
