USP 2.0 provide 100ma and usb 3.0 provide 150ma power so sound will be as equivalent to any good mobile phone sound..
think 908 times before wasting money on this tiny mini speaker
FYI, USB 2.0 provides 500 mA and USB 3.0 provides 900 mA minimum. And that is current not power.
