TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This offer is only for Kotak Mahindra Bank customers
2. Customer has to be registered for Hashtag Banking to place a pre-booking request.
3. A customer can tweet to book maximum 4 tickets through the customer’s twitter handle.
4. Customers will only be able to book movie tickets for the period between 2
nd October to 8th
October.
5. Prime/Normal seating tickets will be on offer as per the availability in the respective PVR
screen.
6. The customer will get intimation via e-mail or sms with regard to the booking code, seat
numbers and the show timings one day before the movie booking date
7. Customer will receive a cashback of Rs 250 in his Hashtag linked savings account on booking
2 or more tickets.
8. A maximum cashback of Rs 250 will be provided per CRN.
9. Customer booking only 1 ticket will not be eligible for any cashback.
10. Cashback will be credited in customer’s account linked with Hashtag Banking within 4 days
after campaign ends.
11. The show timings are subject to change with intimation. No refund/cancellation shall be
applicable in such case.
12. In case PVR does not release the movie at any of the multiplexes for any particular city, a
refund process will be initiated for all the bookings made at that particular multiplex-city.
13. In case of any show cancellation by PVR at the below mentioned cities, the bank shall refund
the ticket price only if it receives refund from the PVR. Any such refund shall be subject to
applicable fees and charges as deducted by PVR and the Bank.
14. Offer is valid only for the cities of Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata,
Chandigarh, Ahmedabad
15. This offer can be availed only in limited screens of PVR cinemas in the above mentioned
cities.
16. The customer’s account linked with Hashtag banking shall be debited for the value of the
tickets purchased
17. This offer is only available for customer’s Kotak Bank account linked with the twitter handle
and not on credit card.
18. The ticket rate shown is tentative and is bound to change as per PVR booking window. Post
confirmation from PVR after they open booking window, the bank will charge the actual
ticket rate as available at the PVR counter.
19. The service is for pre-booking of the tickets on the first cum first serve basis
20. The request placed through Twitter does not guarantee ticket availability
21. The customer shall be notified in case the ticket booking is not done through e-mail and sms
response or Twitter DM response
22. Upon successful payment and processing of the offer, the customer shall receive a movie
booking code through e-mail and sms response, however, the same cannot be cancelled or
transferred in any case
23. The print out of booking code received by the customer along with an Identity proof in
original is to be shared by the customer at the PVR designated counters for the movie
tickets.

25. The bank reserves the rights to cancel/reject the request placed through twitter
26. In order to avail this offer, the customer must be registered with Hashtag Banking.
27. The order will not be accepted if there is an error in the tweet of the customer.
28. In case the request placed through Hashtag Banking fails due to Debit freeze/Lien
marked/Insufficient balance/internet connectivity/card blocked/system failure etc. then the
order will not be processed.
