Eveready CFL 15W(Pack Of 4 and 4 Free Batteries)

in flipkart same thing they seel in 2 and 3
mean its two cfl plus two battery and other option 3cfl plus 3 battery

so what to buy flipkart smaller quantity or local market one piece or this 4 plus 4 ??

now the same link, same seller (I assume) selling it without the batteries at 650rs

after credits the pricing is attractive [though many physical shops too give 50% off the rack rate and no restriction of minimum buying quantity]

that 840Rs MRP information is wrong. 840 was for 4CFL + 4Batteries

a single 15W Eveready CFL MRP is 185Rs

adequate packing (or lack of it) and the warranty servicing is a grey area
[Product does have its manufacturing date printed on the base, but that is not the date for warranty]

i ordered philips 14 W for 100 rupees pack of 2 yesterday

its more brighter in comp to wipro. warranty is 2 years . the present one i am using ,i bought in 2011 so i must say the life is faily good

its not just dependent on the brand, but also on the quality of power supply.
unlike claims, these things are not really immune to the kind of power surges we [in India] often face.

not sure of the life of the previous one [sporadic use can not help determine life in hours]

but I am using this normal fluorescent lamp (i think its philips) thats not been replaced or gone bad in about 6years now [daily 4-5 hours minimum]

had bought 2 eveready CFL from Dmart 3 years back one conked off within one week and other ran for some time

But must say offline store also offer this at 90-105rs . so thats better

yup I did pick up at Dmart itself the last time they had flat 50% off
and since they pen the date on the product and do not insist on the bill later its way easier and simple.

@desidude thanks, you are right. but the dmart around here isn’t carrying any exciting offers at the moment.

also, Paytm is still not viable (for me) till next 2-3 months [their guesstimated timeline for a 1800 number to kickstart], as calling them even once or twice in case of issues eats away 50-100rs on hold time alone

U can buy cfl without any worry, as the packaging of the product was very good..though don’t know about warranty..!!

Dmart does not have any good offer for CFL apart from crompton 15W @ 89 so i thought to buy phlips from paytm using coupons. my order is packed and ready for dispatch
