Not working for me.. I have master credit card

Uber is cheating us I have taken 3 rides using my MasterCard even after that I did not get My Fourth ride free when I mail them about it they told me that their system might have found my account to be suspicious and that’s why it was not applied for my 4th ride. I asked them many time to tell me why my account is suspicious but they could not tell me the reason so to me it looks like they are just cheating us by giving a silly reasons just do not give the offer
