Here’s some negative publicity in that case:
Paytm has no replacement policy. You can only return and get a refund. Customer care is generally slow and dumb (bound by dumb TOS I guess 
). Some sellers on Paytm aren’t taking the site seriously.
For the insane discounts however, nothing currently beats it
