You can cancel before the payment. After you apply the coupon you can see the discount value.

Its not first cry its fake cry. I got 50% cash back during the recent offer they said they will send me the cash back with in 10 days. Even after 2-3 follow ups they have sent it till now. I havent got reply from the customer care for the past two days lemme see.

Previously they shown me that 100% cashback is applyed successfully and shown me payment as Rs.0 and when i got the product at door step the courier boy told me to pay Rs.900/- for the product as the product was not prepaid. and the payment is not done. Fake site….

What seriously ? I am sure those courier people cannot decide whether to charge or not. Also I think the packages usually mention words like “COD” and “prepaid” depending on how payment was made.
Btw what did you do when he asked for the money.

I told him that I can’t pay any money as i had got this product with 100% cashback. but he refuse it, after i called firstcry customer support and after 15 min talk they realise there mistake and told not to accept that order and they will ship the same product again with the different invoice and to mentain record of the product but still now i dint received any product from them and now they are disconnecting my call when i call them.

So 1st cry then always we have to cry

it is better to avoid such sites

That day i had gone with lots of stress as Rs.900/- was not small amount for me and that is also for the useless products. like soft toys and some 5 years kids games.

I also got 100% but product quality was very poor.

Why on earth do you order useless products?
Don’t you think it might be better if you did not buy such items & left them for people who might actually find them useful (like parents of 5 year old kids)?

If u r getting something free then you won’t order it???? and i had order that only because i had got 100% cashback. and i can also give it to my friends on there birthday…

I have a very small baby and I am ordering his bathing and baby care essentials and diapers too from firstcry since I started getting these discounts.

It was not a baby product but a shirt for 10 yr boy. Synthetic stuff.

With 50% discount, if the final cart price goes to below 500 Rs, I am supposed to pay Rs. 50 shipping fee right ?
If by luck I get 100% discount and I have products worth 1200 Rs in my account then I am supposed to pay 200 or extra 50 for shipping ?

I have got 100% off TWICE (4th June & 3rd July) from FirstCry and such offers are genuine.

I guess it depends on your net speed, your quickness in placing the order.
