Since there is a cap on max number of GVs, can I order multiple GVs of 3000 each (and 20% discount on each) and attach to 1 flight ticket or there is a cap on max amount for GV as well ?

It will only work for 1000 denomination. Else it will be misused by buying higher denomination GV and using it in bulk (since max 3 GV limit is there in 1 transaction).
