Same here for one order (Sandisk microSD card), but I received it within a few hours of getting cashback. It’s the usual Sandisk seal-packed product, I don’t think it’ll need returning. Haven’t opened it and tried it yet though.
Other orders still have the option for manually claiming cashback.
