Good find. There is no minimum amount to order, u can order 50 rupees worth of food and get 50% discount and hence pay Rs.25 also. It works. 
The restaurant from which I want to order doesn’t deliver to my address but it is delivering to a place which is 10 mins away from my home..!! If I show deliverable location as my location and put other address while ordering will they deliver..??
just select the nearest area to which it delivers, then give ur address at checkout. You can just call the restaurant before ordering. Just tell then that You will be placing an online order.. Same thing happens with me, I just call the restaurant in advance and they deliver it.
