Your Aircel SIM

Rcvd sim card inside yebhi pack bt nobdy came to take id proof since 10 days(Location : Delhi) even after contacting them

Bhai you have go and submit the documents as per yebhi..No body is going to come and collect these.. Doesn’t work like that for prepaid numbers..

Yebhi Customer Service Satish, As per written process, to activate your SIM, a representative will visit at your address at the earliest, to collect the form and documents related to activation of new connection. Kindly wait til 24-48 hrs, so that the representative will come to you within the mentioned time frame and collect the documents from you.

@ satzzs: I would suggest you to go and get it activated before it expires.. I dont think they will send anyone…

Who deducted??? Call the cc and get it back… I faced similar problems when i had reliance GSM.. They used to credit it back after complaining..

Aircel has shut down in many places. Not useful for everyone. They are operating in just half of karnataka and totally shut down in kerala. I am not even able to port. Bloody loose minded idiots. If they had to shut down they should give one month notice to customers. I will not take thier sim again even if they give me lifetime outgoing free offer.

Reliance gsm has common problem when ever some body recharge their balance will get deducted in name of their services but after complaining they credit immediately but try to get it from aircel then you will ………(see case study below ©) ?

(a)To connect their CC takes around 5 minutes and some times abruptly get disconnected.pathetic,tiresome and time consuming.for CC you can not describe(Dumb is actually better word) and do not give complaint number easily.(how do i know i am also aircel customer)

(b)They have closed down in some circles and some area without informing customer.

©Lot of complaints against aircel they automatically activate pocket internet service and deduct balance and when somebody complaints they refuse to accept their fault and do not credit the balance by stating service was activating from user end.My friend in his sim 5 rs daily PI plan + 29 rs weekly PI plan + 98 monthly PI plan got activated and from his balance around 265 rs got deducted. But he never activated those plans and even those who subscribe to PI plan in their wildest dream do not subscribe all three internet plans. he complained several times to CC + went to their aircel office but till now no results very time consuming process so i guess he might have left following about it or opted for MNP.

P.S. : But once aircel was very good.This above stated problems or case could be with some particular circle or for some particular users.I hope venkat gets his original balance back .
