Stay away from it. Read the following in their support forum. Better go with blogspot.

Hi. I have small doubt about website traffic on Hostinger free plan. Before two days my website got error CPU limit exceed, and redirects to Hostinger main page as advertisement. How many visitors are allowed in free plan and how to mange them after getting 250 visits displaying \“visit tomorrow this website got heavy traffic\”.

After waiting full day, I\‘ve submitted a ticket to help desk. In response they said \"OMG your website got more than 250 visitors, that\’s why this error you got\“. I\‘m little bit confused, they can\’t handle even 250 visitors per day. What a funny plans to fool people. Another thing I want to say that \”in that 250 clicks 245 clicks are mine while editing site\". Hostinger says that free plan is only for you. You are the admin, you are the editor, your are the visitor. After getting 250 visits Hostinger will play their add.

Good find OP, but try heliohost.org, its an awesome webhost. it’s 100% free and almost all its features are unlimited. I had used it for many years before getting a paid hosting service. I am pretty sure it is better than most of the paid webhosts out there.
