I also faced issues with freecharge go card refunds for a month, so today i’ve posted on their Facebook and immediately within 15 minutes i got my refund. So those who have refunds pending go to Facebook and you might get it solved there.

PS: Don’t use freecharge go card and its risky if transaction failed or there is a refund for that order.
