The Fujifilm S3300 belongs to the FinePix S series of digital cameras. This compact camera uses a CCD sensor that captures pictures in 14 megapixel resolution. The focal length of the camera is 4.3 mm – 111.8 mm, while the focal length in the 35 mm equivalent format is 24 – 624 mm. This Fujifilm camera can zoom up to 26x optically and 6.7x digitally.
The camera weighs 540 g including accessories, batteries and memory card. The S3300 camera is capable of recording movies at an HD resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels (30 fps) with monoaural sound.
This point and shoot camera supports various aspect ratios such as 4:3, 3:3 and 16:9. S3300 also includes an electronic viewfinder to help you focus easily without glare and reflection problems. The 3-inch TFT color LCD monitor has a resolution of 230,000 dot pixels.

Battery and Storage
The Fujifilm S3300 comes with 4 x AA alkaline batteries that can take 300 photos before discharging completely. You may also opt for 4 x AA Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and 4 x AA lithium batteries, which can take 500 and 700 photos, respectively. You can increase the storage capacity of the camera by using SD and SDHC memory cards.
Performance
This Fujifilm camera has TTL contrast detection Auto Focus. The Aperture range of this point and shoot camera is f3.1 – f5.9. The camera can automatically adjust its sensitivity between ISO 64 – 6400. Higher ISO sensitivity allow you to click pictures even in low light conditions.
The shutter speed of the digital camera ranges between 1/4 sec to 1/2000 sec in the auto mode and 8 sec to 1/2000 sec in manual mode. The wide range of shutter speed allows you to capture the fast moving objects with clarity. The Point and Shoot camera has an auto flash that ranges from 0.4 m – 7.0 m (Wide) and 2.5 m – 3.6 m (Tele).

Features and Connectivity
The digital camera includes shooting modes such as Natural Light Flash, Natural Light, Portrait, Baby, Smile, Landscape and many others. The camera comes loaded with the CCD – shift type digital image stabilizer to reduce the blur in pictures.
Technologies like Face Detection, Auto red-eye removal and blink detection are also preloaded in this Fujifilm camera to help you click photos at ease. The self-timer mode in the S3300 camera provides the delay range of 2 – 10 seconds in clicking pictures.

The Fujifilm S3300 can be connected easily to your PC or laptop by using the high speed USB 2.0. The camera also features the HDMI Mini connector that lets you view HD pictures on HDTV, PC, laptop or any other HD device.
