No Idea, my timing is 1-2 pm they will call before coming, so i will ask that time, My work is simple 2 window repair, 1 hour work max. So i think Rs200/- will do the job which I had paid already.

Nope he wont. If he demand more money for 10-15 minutes then definitely its a cheap publicity and you can complain to urban clap, they are big, they just got investment. I am sure they will do not such things.

In BRO4U app they are cheating misguiding users by giving rate charge on cloth wash , so one can select items and pay online..Upon pick of cloth for wash some their vendors are giving triple amount of invoice for same products and quantity u have already paid and some are not giving any invoice at all referring that invoice will come along with washed cloths on delivery.
Later your hassle starts on delivery as thier vendors are demanding extra money ( triple of online quoted chart )stating that your cloths are double in size or special in fabric. When you call Bro4 u they are saying vendor is right and we can only get our stuff back upon paying extra to delivery boy. 
The experience with Urban clap was horrible, I requested their service yesterday and got the timings of 1-2 pm yesterday, but their service man came today 1 hour ago that also when i called them several times.
On arrival i deliberately didn’t told him that I paid Rs 200 online already. So i ask him for his quote. He checked my work and said sir it will cost Rs 200/- and then I said ok do it and then I told him as Rs 200 I already paid online, so I dont need to pay anything to you. He said nope I need to pay him Rs 200 more. So after many phone calls to his manager and urban clap, we decided that I will pay Rs 100 more to the service man, So i have paid Rs 300 for 30 minutes work which can be done for Rs 100/- if I call someone from local market.
Not recommended, However after complaining, the URBAN CLAP promised me to refund the extra money to my paytm. I will update when i will receive the refund.
Mr right and housejoy are little expensive but they are transparent and fast. And I am not saying they are good. They also charge ridiculous rates. So its better to call your local serviceman, may be in future it will improve but right now it is not recommended.
Update:- I got refund from URBAN CLAP in paytm.
