If you have balance in your mobikwik wallet then promo code option wont be shown. It will directly ask for payment confirmation. I also faced same issue many times and never could use any mobikwik coupon during payment. The coupon code will be shown only if there is no sufficient balance in wallet.

Promo code entry section was shown even when there was enough balance in mobikwik wallet (it was camouflaged in green right hand area). After applying the code, Rs.150 cash back credit was also shown. Loaded my BB wallet waiting for cash back now
