Bro, No offence meant. It is better to verify with the CC to remove the ambiguity because the cashback has to come from Paytm.

Bro don’t misguide. It isn’t applicable on adding money in BB wallet through paytm and valid only for for placing order through paytm as PG. Confirmed from CC. Friends don’t add money into your BB wallet, you won’t get the CB.

For all of the BigBasket cashback offers, there has never been any distinction between adding money to the BB wallet and purchasing an item. I am pretty sure there is no difference this time as well. Nothing prohibits adding money to the wallet in the T&Cs either.

Now, as for your confirmation from CC, that can certainly be wrong. Customer care teams do not have such subtle details about an offer and often provide wrong info.

By the way, which CC team did you get this info from — BB or Paytm? Post screenshot of the email, if any.

DealSeeker is right. I always added money to wallet and got the cashback every single time. I got this time as well. I added an hour back.

Earlier got CB from mobikwik by adding money to BB Wallet.. Not sure about paytm
