Yes, use code HCLOVE for 1st ride on helpchat. It was working two days back as well. Ask CC for its new T&Cs

i have no idea if recently and T &C changed..
in initial days, when helpchat started, they didn’t give anything for free ride ( no payment was done for that ride)

If something changed, then no idea. Required more people review..

This I am saying based on my OLA micro experience last week, I had 43 ola money balance my ride was 180. Bill amount was shown as 137 and 43 was shown as discount. But, Helpchat credited 75 after a little chatting.

No you won’t get. Even if it’s Ola coupon you won’t get but if you pay in Ola via Ola money then you will get. And obviously via cash, card and other payment options. In short if money exchange is happening you will get the Cashback and no money then no Cashback.

Where did you get the HC message? I have not received cash back for my ride yesterday. How to check this?

Have you disabled Helpchat notifications?
During & after ride there are many such notifications come but alas don’t get saved. Just raise it to them if you fulfill criteria.
