Process:

Simply download the MakeMyTrip App for iPhone or Android.
On opening the app, you’d be prompted to register for the offer with your email & phone number
Once registered, you’d receive an email with the voucher code for the offer.

Validity: Offer is valid for apps downloaded before 31st May 2014 Only.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer is valid on domestic flight bookings made by using the MakeMyTrip Mobile App.
2. The Offer is valid for only one domestic flight booking made on the app.
3. In case the customer doesn’t register for the offer during the first time the app is opened, he forfeits his claim to this offer
4. The offer is valid on each booking ID. Coupon code to be entered once for each booking ID.
5. Customer cannot club two coupon codes while using the offer.
6. In the event of any suspected abuse of the offer by the customer or any travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer to such customer/agent or cancel the booking altogether without any liability.
7. This offer can be withdrawn/terminated/modified any time without notice or any liability.

Cash back terms:

• The Customer needs to quote the correct Deal Code at the time of booking to be eligible for the cash back offer.
• All bookings must be for travel from India only.
• Within 14 working days following the date of such a booking, MakeMyTrip will process a credit transaction for the cash back amount on to the Customer’s account/card used at the time of booking.
• If the Customer doesn’t receive the cash back amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date.
• In the event the Customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back amount.
• No two offers of MakeMyTrip can be clubbed in same booking ID.
• If the customer cancels any booking, He/She will not be entitled to refund of the cash back
• If a date change is allowed in a booking, the Customer will have to bear the additional charges as required.
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Customer.
• In addition, MakeMyTrip user terms shall be applicable on all bookings made.
• Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• MakeMyTrip reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts/tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• In no event entire liability of MakeMyTrip shall exceed the cash back amount the customer is entitled to herein.
