• This discount offer is available only on Bus Bookings booked on www.goibibo.com/bus...ng the promotion period.
• This offer is valid till 30th April 2013.
• Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will validate the transactions based on Promotion Code before giving benefit.
• This offer is brought to you solely by Goibibo.
• There will be no refund for non-utilized promotion codes.
• Customer needs to enter Promotion Code while booking bus to be eligible for this offer.
• In case the customer fails to enter the Promotion Code during any transaction, he/she will not be eligible for the discount benefit.
• If the customer cancels the bus booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will refund the purchase price after deducting the discount amount and any other applicable cancellation charges / penalty. (E.g. If a cardholder has paid Rs.1000/- (Price after discount) against original booking price of Rs 1100/-. And then, if the cardholder cancels the booking, Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from Rs.1000/- and the balance amount will be credited to the cardholder’s account.
• Bookings are subject to the availability.
• Customer cannot club two promotion codes during the same transaction. The discount benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on www.goibi...om.
• Once the customer has entered the promotion code and made the payment, the same cannot be changed later to avail benefit for any other promotion.
• All promotions and payments under this offer are non-changeable.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
