Terms and Conditions for the Asian Paints Contest for Great Online Shopping Festival 2014 (“Contest”)
This Contest is open for all Indian nationals above 18 years of age.
The Contest shall be open for entries only on the 25th November, 2014 (0000 hrs – 2359 hrs).
Participants visiting this page to take part in the Contest need to answer two questions, viz.
a) Random question regarding Royale Play
b) Question on Why they are Born to Decorate ?
Based on the correctness, appropriateness and creativity of the answers to the said questions, One (1) winner would be selected by Company panel (“Winner”) and he/she would be intimated by 28th November 2014. The Company panel’s decision shall be final & binding and not open to be questioned by the participants.
Winner would be flown down to the Great Online Shopping Festival 2014 event on 9th December 2014 in New Delhi (“Event”) which will be held from 9 am till 6 pm, where they will be gratified. Terms and conditions pertaining to the Event are available on the page: http://www.go...n/
Gratification on 9th December 2014 : Winner would be given a pre loaded Credit Card with Rs. 2.5 lacs at the Event and they need to shop with this credit card at various brand stalls present in the Event location within 14 minutes. It is hereby clarified that the said prize amount is associated with the Event and is not sponsored by the Company.
Only one entry per registered email-id is allowed.
The Winner would be informed via email/mobile as per Company’s policy.
This offer is independent and cannot be combined with any other offer.
Company would not be responsible for lost, misdirected or delayed entries. The Company would also not be responsible for the Winner being absent at the time of the Event, for any reasons whatsoever. Inability of the Winner to timely attend the Event on account of any reason whatsoever, would not entitle the Winner for any alternate prize/reward.

Prizes are not transferable under any circumstances whatsoever and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Employees of the Company, its group companies, joint ventures, its service providers, agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the terms and conditions with respect to the Competition with or without prior notice due to any reason whatsoever.
To the extent permitted by law, Company excludes all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) and its liability (including without limitation for negligence) regarding the winnings.
Unless the participant explicitly communicates not to send marketing communication, the participant may receive marketing communications from the Company as a result of participating in the Contest.
All entries to the Contest become the property of the Company and the Company may use the participant’s and Winner names, addresses and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.
Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
This Contest and the terms and conditions thereto shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the same shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
Winner would need to timely share his/her PAN card copy and address copy for verification to avail the prize. If the same is not provided as above, the winning entry would be considered disqualified and barred.
