Looks like something fishy as per my first experience. This is what I wrote to their customer care just now.
Whats the status of my order? Why its not been delivered in the scheduled time slot?
I had a chat with your customer care about at 10PM, and the guy promised delivery to take place in less then 20 minutes.
If you don’t know about delivery to happen or not, don’t lie to the customer! Its my first order with Grocermax and probably you guys are used to cheat, don’t do this to the customer This is unfair.
