Compared to BigBasket’s Thursday and Tuesday offer, yes. But it’s a decent offer otherwise, especially because the cashback is capped quite high — 500.

Comparing product prices on Grofers with offline prices this doesn’t seem to be a good offer to me. Direct Discount would have been good. Individual perspective though

1. How long do you take to initiate my refund?
   For the convenience of Customers of Grofers, the eligible refund process is simplified as:
   a) For amounts lower than Rs.250/-, the refund shall be reflected as ‘Grofers Cash’ within 24-48 hours of the order delivery time. This amount is fully useable on your future checkouts on Grofers.
   b) For amounts equal to or higher than Rs.250/-, the refund amount will be rolled back to your original mode of payment within 7-10 working days for debit and credit card payments, and within 24-48 hours for all wallets.
2. What is “Grofers Cash”?
   In case of eligible refunds/cancellations less than Rs.250, we refund the amount in the form of Grofers Cash. This can be used at any point of time for future checkouts on Grofers.
3. Can I top up my Grofers Cash?
   Currently, we are using Grofers Cash for eligible refunds only. However, soon you should be able to add money directly to Grofers Cash.
4. What is the validity of Grofers Cash?
   Grofers Cash carries lifetime validity and shall always be accessible to shop on Grofers.
5. Can I withdraw Grofers Cash?
