Terms and Conditions
• Customer must to be registered with Hashtag Banking and follow @kotaksync handle on Twitter
• Customer must add @KotakBankLtd at the end of the tweet or the DM for successfully placing the order for the book
• The order will not be accepted if there is an error in the tweet
• Once the order is placed on Hashtag banking, the same cannot be cancelled
• In case the customer has both- Saving bank account and Credit card linked to Hashtag Banking then the cost of book will be debited from the Saving Bank account only
• In case the customer has credit card only then request will be not be processed
• In case there is a transaction failure due to Debit freeze/Lien marked/Insufficient balance/internet connectivity/card blocked etc. then the order will not be processed
• The books will be delivered to the customer mailing address registered in the records of the Bank only
• The books will be dispatched within 7-10 working days from the day of the tweet
• Only successful Tweet to Order transactions which are not cancelled/reversed later will be eligible for cash back
• The release date for Harry Potter and the Curse Child Part 1 & Part 2 is July 31, 2016. The date however can change without any prior notification. The delivery timeline will be 4-7 working days for Metro cities and 10-12 working days for all other cities beginning August 2, 2016. Limited stock only
• The Cashback offer ends on June 30, 2016.
• A maximum cash back of Rs 50/- on each book will be given to the customer (per CRN)
• In the offer period a maximum cash back of Rs 250/- will be rewarded per customer
• Cash back offer on Mobile and DTH recharge: Minimum transaction amount is Rs 100/-, to be eligible for cashback of Rs 50/-. A customer can get a maximum of INR 150 as cashback per CRN which includes both mobile and DTH recharge. The cash back will be offered to the first 2000 eligible transactions. Offer period: July 1 to July 31, 2016
• Cash back will be credited to Customers account after the offer period ends. Cashback will be done in 7-10 working days post the offer ends
