- The offer is valid for online applications of Citibank Credit Card between Sep 1, 2016 to Oct 01, 2016.
- To be eligible for the offer, the applicant has to be of 23 years of age or above. The applicant will be rewarded only on filling valid Citibank online application form.
- The online application form is for collecting applicant’s details and his/her consent to apply for a Citi credit card and receive Rs 1250 worth Brownie Points in user’s Holachef account
- Applicants will receive up to Rs 1250 worth Brownie Points in their Holachef account basis the details shared in the online application form on or before 15th Nov 2016, on a best effort basis.
- An individual applicant to this offer can be eligible for the reward only once during the offer period.
- This offer is applicable for those residing in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi – NCR, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune only.
- This is an offer from Citibank only. By participating in this offer, applicants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions of this offer.
- Filling up the online form is only an act of requesting for a Citi credit card. Citibank at its sole discretion can accept or reject the online application based on the bank’s internal eligibility criteria.
- The customer should have spent a minimum of Rs 5000 (sum of all transactions put together) within 60 days from the date of issuance of the card. INR 1000 worth Brownie Points would be credited by Holachef in the user’s Holachef account within 120 days of issuance of the credit card for such customers on best effort basis & INR 250 worth Brownie Points would be credited by Holachef in the user’s Holachef account within 30 days of receipt of the credit card application on best effort basis.
- The time lines provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/ customer.
- The offer is applicable only on Citibank credit cards issued in India except Corporate Cards.
- Crediting of Brownie Points is applicable only on transactions done on a Citibank credit card. Issuance of Citibank credit cards shall be at the sole discretion of Citibank and is subject to internal processing.
- Citibank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without any reason.

- Citibank is not liable or responsible for any claim(s), dispute(s) regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability, quantity or quality made available to the Customers under the Offer on the products/services (shortly referred as ‘Claims’) .In reference to any ‘Claims, it must be addressed in writing by the Customer directly to the participating Merchant Outlets. Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to Citibank shall be forwarded to the Merchant Outlets. Merchant Outlets shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.
- All applicants /customers must agree to the Terms and Conditions at the time they apply for the Citibank credit cards. The terms & conditions of this Offer shall be in addition, and not in substitution / derogation to, the Rules & Regulations governing the use of the Citibank Credit Card and/or the Citibank websites. By applying for credit cards through this offer, the Customers shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions contained therein.
- Payment of fees/service charges/all other amounts due from the customers to Citibank from usage of the credit cards by the customers under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Banking Terms & Conditions. - If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Citibank, then Citibank shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.
- All of Citibank’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
- The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
