1. Domestic Flights Offer 1:
a. INR 1500 cash back on domestic flights booked on the MakeMyTrip website,
mobile site and mobile app(android and iOS only).
b. The offer is valid on a minimum ticket value of INR 5000 excluding any ancillary
purchased (including convenience fee, meals, insurance etc.)
c. The customer must enter the promo code ‘MMTCTC’ in the Deal Code field on the
MakeMyTrip website/mobile app to be eligible for cashback
d. The domestic flight offer 1 is valid only on the first eligible transaction per card
per email id basis during the offer period. In case a cardholder makes multiple
bookings, the offer would be valid only on the first eligible transaction per card
during the offer period.
e. Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip
Wallet), 3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal and netbanking

a. INR 5000 hotel gift voucher on domestic flights booked on the MakeMyTrip
website, mobile site and mobile app(android and iOS only).
b. The offer is valid on domestic flight bookings with minimum 2 passengers.
c. The customer must enter the promo code ‘CASHLESS’ in the Deal Code field on
the MakeMyTrip website/mobile app to be eligible for cashback
d. The domestic flight offer 2 is valid only on the first eligible transaction per card
per email id basis during the offer period. In case a cardholder makes multiple
bookings, the offer would be valid only on the first eligible transaction per card
during the offer period.
e. The hotel gift voucher will be made available to the eligible customers through
an individual communication sent by makeMyTrip(on registered email or phone)
post the offer period
f. Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip
Wallet), 3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal and netbanking

c) The below international flights offer is valid on round trip flight bookings to the
eligible airport codes originating from India only
d) The promo code CASHLESS can only be used once per card per email id for availing
cashback under any one of the below International flights offer.
e) Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet),
3rd party wallets, payback points, COD, Pay Pal and netbanking

8. Gift Card Offer
n. The customer will receive a cashback of Rs.500 to card account on purchase of
Rs. 2000 Makemytrip Gift Card/Voucher through Citibank Credit Card.
o. The customer is eligible for cashback under the Gift card offer for a maximum of
2 Gift Card/voucher purchased per card during the offer period.
p. All eligible customers will receive an Email from MakeMyTrip intimating them
that they have qualified for the Offer with a microsite link for claiming the Gift
Vouchers
q. The Email will be sent only to the Booking Email ID latest by 15th December,
2016
r. Customers will have to then log in to the MakeMyTrip Cashless Travel Carnival
microsite where they can enter their Booking ID & Contact Details to retrieve
applicable Vouchers
s. The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip website and mobile
app(Android & iOS App only)
t. Offer is not applicable on payments made through My Wallet (MakeMyTrip

Did anyone received cashback amount, bloody idiots have credited in Wallet and now giving absurd reason. I have escalated the case, any help would be appreciated

I used their similar offer in December and booked tickets to Paris and used Axis Bank and yes i did get back the cashback to my bank account in 25 days. Effectively i could get the Mumbai – Paris Return ticket for Rs. 19,500 after the cashback so that was a steal deal.

Do note that the in December deal the cashback days are different for Axis & CitiBank, Axis has shorter period and Citi Bank had a longer no of days i guess 60 days or so.

Other than Axis/Citi Bank it was always cashback to makemytrip wallet only.

Mine was citibank Booking and its beyond 60 days and stupid people put the cashback in wallet, I have escalated it but for last 7 days they are giving absurd reasons. Any help would be appreciated to escalate it further
