Paytm is already very infamous so will not take chance of cancelling and waiting for refund etc..

You can check with customer care and return the product without accepting it. as you are not opening up the box it can be returned…

if the product has been shipped…the refund will definitely take time….if we cancel the order before its shipped , the refund to Paytm wallet is instant…by the time the you will get the refund the offer can end…so act wisely…

But Max wallet limit is 10,000/-. So before refund of amount like for example 40,000 , do we need to complete KYC procedure to increase wallet limit??
