Coupon code is not required. U need to mention the ticket id, details etc.
P. S. When u add ixigo as ur chrome extension then it’ll give you a code with which you’ll get 600cashback. But it’s not working now I guess. So go ahead without any code

You should read the FAQ section it clears all doubts.
Stil, let me explain it for you
1) No minimum booking, but remember musafir charges Rs 250 convenience charges so it is basically Rs 500 cashback
2) Wage question 
No need of a citrus account, they will fund money to the citrus account linked to the mobile number used for booking (if it does not exist, they will create one wallet) But the condition is that you have to signup for the citrus account within 30 days to utilize the cashback amount.
Yes, they will mail you about cashback credit.
