The deal looks good but the Warranty reads: “1 Year warranty – Available in Selected cities”. 
The seller needs to clarify on the Warranty.
Its covered under Manufacturer warranty. So i think no problem. That may be due to Kent service centres maynot be available in some cities. Still I will contact the seller and update if he replies

all the installation product warranty will start only from the date of installation or seller invoice. all India warranty will be covered by KENT Only. KENT center not available on some cities.
