About KiranaNow
KiranaNow is a service that allows you to order your everyday essentials from Amazon that will be delivered to your doorstep in 2-4 hours. The store will offer you Amazons wide selection, the convenience of using your payment methods stored on Amazon or paying cash when the order arrives.
The option is currently available in selected pin-codes in Bengaluru.
Ordering from KiranaNow
You can go to the KiranaNow Store by clicking on KiranaNow in the Shop All Departments section on the top left corner of the Amazon.in home page.
To place an order from the KiranaNow store, do the following:
-Log in to your Amazon.in account.
-If your pincode is covered by KiranaNow, begin adding items to your shopping cart.
-In case your pincode is not covered by KiranaNow or if you do not have an address stored on your Amazon.in account, enter a new address in a pincode covered by KiranaNow.
-After adding items to cart, click Proceed to Checkout.
-Verify your shipping address and shipping method and enter your payment information.
-Review your Order Details.
-Click Place Your Order and Pay
-You’ll see a Thank You page if your order is successfully placed.
KiranaNow – Shipping Speeds
KiranaNow Orders placed between 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday- Saturday) are delivered within 2-4 hours of the orders being placed.
For any orders placed after 6 PM till midnight on a given day, the delivery will be made between 9 AM and 01 PM the next day. (eg- Orders placed from 06.01 PM till 11.59 PM of 01st Jan will be delivered by 01.00 PM on 02nd Jan).
For any orders placed after midnight till 9 AM on a given day, the delivery will be made by 01 PM the same day. (eg- Orders placed from 12 AM (midnight) till 9 AM of 02nd Jan will be delivered by 01.00 PM on 02nd Jan).
For any orders placed after 06.00 PM on Saturday till 09.00 AM Monday, the delivery will be made by 1 PM on Monday.
KiranaNow orders cannot be redirected or rescheduled.
Delivery Charges
KiranaNow provides free delivery for all orders above Rs. 499, however for orders below Rs. 499 a shipping fee of Rs. 19 is charged per order.
Shipping Restrictions
KiranaNow is currently only available in Bangalore. If you do not have an address in Bangalore in one of the pincodes, you will not be able to check out items from the KiranaNow store.
KiranaNow – Track Your Package
Once a KiranaNow package is shipped, you will receive a message with the name and phone number of the delivery associate delivering your package. You can contact the delivery associate to check the location of your package.
Note: Packages that are rejected during delivery or could not be delivered due to customer being unavailable will not be delivered again. For such cases, you will have to place a new order which will be delivered as per the applicable delivery timelines.
KiranaNow – Paying For Your Orders
You can choose any of your existing payment methods saved on Amazon.in, including Gift Cards or add a new payment method to pay for your KiranaNow orders.
You can also choose Cash on Delivery and pay once your order arrives.
EMI is not available as a payment option for KiranaNow orders.
KiranaNow – Returns and Refunds
KiranaNow orders cannot be returned. In case you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us for a full refund.

You have a very big misconception if you believe America cannot compete with india in Software. The cost advantage is main factor in pushing the contracts to india and not the quality of project itself. In terms of innovation, American corporations are far far ahead. I would be pleasantly surprised if you could list some ground breaking innovations coming out of Big indian IT companies.

Kirana concept is an excellent idea from amazon. If implemented well, it can change the way we shop for groceries. I’m sure amazon will be tying up with some local supermarkets/ kirana stores to take care of this. its a Win- win situation for everybody including customers. We , as a customer would definitely get better prices from Amazon with assured quality and customer service.

PP m in delhi so grofers i have used tthru mobik…m just curious on service part for amazon for this venture….being cash rich side they might come vth awsum offers too…nd may be they align with diect distributors or malls instead of shops …but still they say 2 hrs delivery lets see …hw they go thru it

my pin code is deliverable in the site. but the price. 5kg ashirwad atta you can get discount of 50rs minimum from your nearby shop. here it is selling on mrp. sugar is 50 to 70rs. 30rs is the price for loose 1kg normally what I pay
