Its a chinese stuff and not a brand.
Vincent Chase is a fictional character of the TV Show Entourage who used to wear some cool glasses so this jerks must be his fans gave this glasses a name of Vincent Chase.

got the shades today , they are hot , come is a very nice box, my friends want a few too , like you can mix and wear , but sadly most of them are out of stock now

Received one yesterday. I bought it for Rs.200 after coupon. The quality is not that great. The cheap reebok one’s are better than this, not worth more than Rs.250.
