can you compare its light with normal cfl or tubelight? I have a 15 watt cfl which is ok for 10 by 11 room?

The light it emits is less compared to similar wattage other branded bulb.

Thanks, I bought it because a reviewer wrote on amazon that he replaced a 15 watt cfl with this.

When you buy these bulbs one certain way to know if it is good quality by feeling its weight. As the led bulbs generate lot of heat they need a big metallic heat sink. Cheap & fake ones without the heat sink would burst sooner or later. Primary advantage of the led bulbs is their longivity & not increased luminosity.

Bought 5W LED bulb from eBay few months back. I guess the brand was Dolphin. It certainly can’t replace replace a 15 w Philips CFL… in fact not even CFLs of lesser brands like Wipro, Reliance (worst!) etc! D lite seems brighter, but it is also bigger. But it can’t replace a 15 w CFL. If this one can, then it sure has higher luminosity, which I doubt. Anybody who buys this brand please comment upon receiving it.

I got it today but the quality is not great… It came in two pieces, had to assemble the plastic top, damaged paper box with zero packaging in a poly bag. made in prc

Light is not sufficient so planning to return

I’ve tried Saara and MegaWay LED Bulbs they’re very good. Excellent lumens compared to other Bulbs only thing is they are a bit on higher side (lumens wise better than a Philips one).. Dolphin are cheap ones with ok lumens but still better than the other chinese ones being sold in ebay/Shopclues.

BTW, LightO’s listing shows as 400 Lumens output so it should replace around 11 watts CFL.

Please note that LEDs cant magically create full brightness. Usually 90+ Lumen/Watt is a good efficiency

I have received O-classic China made led bulb.:evil: quality is very bad compared to philips. I feel seller has sold china item with the name of LightO brand.

When I asked for refund he sent me this mail – “dude m really gonna beat the shit out of u and don’t forget that I have your address no matter wherever you are”.

This is first of a kind experience, and that too happened in AMAZON.IN

I believe goinf forward flipkart will see no competition at all, for storefronts like amazon & snapdeal are no match.

For the same reason i always go for Aamzon Fulfilled , Never had any issues related to refund .

very rude.. raise this with amazon cc.. they will surely help you.. amazon cc is good .. its just that non amazon fulfilled purchases not trustworthy…
