Second line of your comment is partially true if you choose(or have the facility at your pin code) the “In a Day Delivery” but the first one, just impossible. At least I cant belihie this. I fought with them for a refund of an order which they cancelled from their end and just today I got the refund amount after fighting with them for 35 days.

If you want to return an item, it will be done without asking u a single question and your money will be refunded back in time. That’s the practice at Amazon.

In case of flipkart you have to really work hard to reach them itself, there phone is always busy and they have removed the other CC no. previously there used to be 2 toll free nos. now only one that too always busy like BSNL CC no.
But in case of amazon, u no need to call them.. arrange a reverse call.. they will call you right over a click.
