If you go thru his feedback, out of around ten, three have given negative feedback for not shipping the phone. So better to skip it.

Let the seller have more negative feed backs. He is not the manufacturer. And if the manufacturer gives warranty and support, then the product is supper class

Good observation, but that does not justify buying from the seller. We should ask every online site to provide honest merchant ratings, that’s the only prudent solution to such problems.
