• Offer is valid for bookings made through the MakeMyTrip(Android or iOS) mobile apps only.
• Cashback to MakeMyTrip wallet will be credited within 15 working days from the date of booking of flight.
• This offer is valid for only one booking per user per offer. In case a user makes multiple bookings cashback will be processed for 1st booking only per offer.
• The offer is valid for flight bookings made between 1st June 2015 – 30th June 2015. The date of travel/stay can be beyond the expiry date of the offer. Cashback will be processed once for each user.
• Any unused amount in the wallet will automatically expire after 180 days from the date of credit.

• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Delhi only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Offer is not applicable on select hotels where the deal code section is grayed out.
• The offer is not valid for pay at hotel option.
