Hi I received my powerbank today from flipkart. The packing in in white box without any TPU case. Anyone received it? shall I ask flipkart regarding packaging?

yes, white usb cable, battery and manual in a white box. No packaging in plastic box as i have see on other sites, also no TPU free cover.

I ordered on 1st sale and its the same stuff that I got. Guess FK doesn’t provide the cover, though the plastic box it came with is good enough for me to carry in a bag.

I have ordered 10400mah Mi powerbank yesterday from flipkart recieved just now. But it does not have scratchable dyscode label on box. Should i return? Any suggestions

Flipkart ones are 100% genuine, no doubt about that. Mi manufactured seperate units for sale in India and sold through FK. So, it differs from the official Mi Packaging. And yes mine also didn’t had dyscode label. Check its performance and if you feel its faulty ask for a replacement. Mines giving 9500~10000 rating so pretty much satisfied with the performance

I am disappointed on the rating of these power banks.

To the extent of what ops observed these are overrated. It is expected that they power at 80% of their capacity.

The smaller one 5200mah, can charge Redmi 1s from 2% to 100% with 75% of the battery (one led was blinking at 100% charge of Redmi 1s)

The larger one 10400mah, charged my iPad 4 from 23% to 94% with 100 discharge.

I have Yell BPS 50, charges my note 1.5 times.

The quality of build looks good from away, but close observation, it is actually poor, they have intelligently designed for less and low quality materials.

You wil be amazed how e.g. Yell designed the power bank, absolutely top quality.

Nonetheless, the Mi power banks seems to be priced right but overated the capacity.

can we ask for the silicon case and plastic box from flipkart ?
Also i want to lodge a consumer complaint against them if they don’t provide it…
They cant discriminate like providing case to some and not to all…
Please you people also do call cc first and if they dont agree.

For what are you launching a complain ??? No one who ordered from Flipkart got a TPU case ! They are not provided with indian packaging ! Please check before you start making assumptions !

Don’t know about your but mine is consistently giving me 8.5k mAH ! Takes ~6 hrs for charging using a standard 2.1mAH charger ! Can’t ask for anymore at this price !

May be your battery pack is defective. I can easily charge my iPhone 5S, and Ipad Air twice.
